Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We don't accept returns on final sale items such as Vanson Men's,Women's Leather Jackets or gift cards.


Exchanges
Our exchange feature simplifies the return process, ensuring that you get the item you want quickly and efficiently. Simply contact us with your exchange details and return the item you have with a prepaid shipping label. We guarantee that once we receive the item, it will be promptly replaced with your desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you, once we have received and inspected your return, whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
